Merchant Customers
- We collect and analyze data on merchant proposals generated to refine the site tool. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.
- Our calculator form requires an email address which is used to send a link to a custom <%=Html.ActionLink("merchant rate quote", "Index", "Quote")%> when the form is completed. In addition, we use this address to send customers newsletters containing industry information and links to helpful resources. Please send an email to [email protected] if you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
- MerchantRates.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. MerchantRates.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. MerchantRates.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of MerchantRates.com, our users, or others.
- All merchant customer information provided to Vantage Card Services, Inc. in conjunction with setting up merchant accounts is strictly protected for privacy in keeping within the Bank and Card Association requirements.
